I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), Taiwan.
Previously, I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Management at National Dong Hwa University (2023–2025) and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica (2021–2023). I received my Ph.D. and M.B.A. in Industrial Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (2016–2021), and my B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Petra Christian University (2012–2016).
My research focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, statistics, and data-driven decision science, with an emphasis on industrial and organizational applications. I develop methods at the intersection of machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling, and apply them to problems in manufacturing, logistics, and decision-making in complex socio-technical systems. My work aims to balance methodological rigor with practical impact.
I am actively recruiting potential students with backgrounds in industrial engineering, computer science, robotics, statistics, and management. Please see the Student Recruitment page for details.
